Scam Paranoia: Networking vs. Pyramiding

As an online network marketer, perhaps you have encountered questions like, "Is that a pyramid scam"? How do we differentiate SCAM from LEGIT???

SCAM = no legal docs, VERY VERY high payment offer, pyramiding

LEGIT = existing for a significant time, with legalities, legally registered

It will be difficult to make a prospect understand this if he/she has no related experience yet on this kind of business.
