Board Exam Tips

Is your heart throbbing fast for an upcoming board exam?

Here in the Philippines, many college graduates undergo the professional licensure examinations, or commonly Board Exam, in various fields of study, such as civil engineering, education and nursing. It is unavoidable that passing the board has a factor of luck, considering the the vast scope of what we have to review, and the possibility that wrong answers might be mistaken to be correct.

The best advice is, to really FOCUS during review period, as this is a crucial stage in our professional lives. But of course, you need to have short periods of relaxation so as not to spoil yourself.

Now, let's try to make things simple...

It is unavoidable that we encounter questions never heard before and sometimes, we're just not sure if we remember the answer right due to the tension from the crucial moment. Let me share to you the following tips I learned from personal experience.

1. Skip it first. After answering all items that you are sure you know very well, go back to the ones you skipped. Take extra care in shading if this is to be done.

2. Look for patterns in your answer sheet. Take a look at the figure below.

The answer in item number 40 is the option that will not break the continuity of the pattern, that is, letter C.

3. If two among the four choices display same answers, the first of the two is the correct one.

In this case, the answer will be letter A.

4. If one of the choices look different or has a different format as the other three, usually that's the correct answer. Always be keen with these obvious giveaways.

The choice in letter C will the right one.

Take note that these tips were applicable with high probability during my time, so I cannot guarantee that it will still be effective nowadays, but they are worth noting. Try to figure out those patterns for yourself as you go along those past board materials you have at hand.

Hope this will help even a bit. Never EVER lose confidence that you can pass.

Internet Pays Me

What business have you got there?

Traditional offline businesses, like network marketing, are definitely so tedious.
- Go to office and sell your products.
- Travel a lot!
- Get your payout after waiting in long lines.
- Handle downline negativism face-to-face.
- Schedule live seminars in three-star hotels on distant venues.

Although these practices, if successful, will give you good cash, they are difficult to do part-time and requires "operating" expenses, especially if you are employed and have a family to take care of. Overtime in regular work will, also, surely make conflict.

Now, let's try to make things simple...

Be practical! Try working in the comfort of your own home, ONLINE, just in front of your desktop, at any convenient time!

Here are some online jobs worth exploring and trying:
- HYIP (High Yield, Instant Pay)
- Web development
- Paid-to-read (PTR)
- Online Surveys
- Foreign Exchange (ForEx)
- Others...

You can check out some of these programs here.

But remember! STUDY FIRST the opportunity! LEARN first, then EARNINGS will follow.
- Read books / e-books.
- Get in touch with online mentors and top earners. Connect with them.
- Review CAREFULLY company background, member's review, compensation plan,
  EVERYTHING the website shows you.
- Familiarize yourself with various internet marketing tools.
- Best if you join an upline with good reputation.

Just don't be discouraged when your income comes slow at the onset. It's normal on startups. Anyway, PATIENCE is a virtue.

Dengue Gone Overnight

How do you feel when you are in a hospital? Personally, I don't feel good.

For the first time in my life, I was confined due to a deadly disease last year.

Basically, dengue is a disease caused by mosquito bites wherein platelets count is affected. I stayed 4 days in my house, in which fever was recurring on the third day, so my parents took the caution to have my blood tested for platelets count. We already suspected that it's really dengue, so we tried the tawa-tawa plant ( I don't know the English counterpart; just heard this from others) made into tea. But nothing improved in me.

After the figures seem going down, I was rushed for to the nearby hospital. I don't like being confined as it entails much expense and I don't feel comfortable seeing suffering patients.

There is no specific medication given to dengue patients except hydration and medicine for upset stomach, which is also a symptom of the said disease. But after 3 days stay, my platelets count dived down to 43, which is very a very alarming figure. Good thing that no hemorrhage is taking place.

Now, let's try to make things simple...

We followed the advice of a sister-in-faith to try papaya leaf juice. Luckily, I have a juicer that can easily and effectively extract the medicine I need.

And the miracle happened! Just overnight, the platelet count reached 90! So we continued juicing some more leaves. I can only take 2 tablespoon of the said extraction because it is SOOOOOOO bitter. Fortunately, I later found out that the said dosage is just right, according to my internet research.

The next day, the figures shoot up to 210! Then my doctor advised that I can be released that day from confinement. Honestly, I didn't inform my doctor about the herbal treatment (.^_^.) Thank GOD the worst did not happen.

Please take note that this article is based on my personal experience and it is strongly advised that any patient must seek expert medical advice first on any medication, as symptoms might have variation, that is, case-to-case basis.
